SJ Series High Efficiency Single Screw Extruders

1. High precision gear box with high carrying capacity works steady with low noise.

2. Newly designed barrel and screw ensure better melt uniformity, low melt temperature and much higher output.

3. Standard screw and barrel is dealed with gas nitriding, so it is with high wearing resistance and corrosion-resistant. And the unusual material can be processed by two species of metals.

4. Barrel is cooled by super mute blower fan with no maintenance.

5. The temperature control meter imported from Japan and PID temperature control can keep the temperature steady and accurate.

6. The die head have two types: manual whirling and hydraulic pressure screen changer. Changing screen is easy and finished within a few minutes.

7. Characteristics and application range of single screw pelletize. The series can process various kinds of recovered materials, including PE, PP, PS, PET, PC, etc. and in many statuses such as sheet, film and shiver.
