PPPE plastic film pelletizing machine /line

Conveyor Feeder is automatic according to customers requirements. In the cutter compactor, the mateiral is cut, mixed, heated, dried, densified and buffered. The tangentally connected extruder is filled continuously. In the extruder screw the material is plasticised and degassed in reverse. At the end of the plasticising zone the melt is directed out of the extruder, cleaned in the fully automatical, no-stop, filter.
In the degassing zone, the material is degassed, which can improve the pellets quality at the end of pelletizing line. The Melt is conveyed bt the following metering zone to the respective tool at the extremely low pressure level.
